1. Overview
The Upgrade allows ‘Eligible Customers’ to upgrade from an existing chargepoint
to an Andersen A2 with no installation cost.
2. Eligible Customers
This Upgrade is open exclusively to private customers who purchase an Andersen A2 charge point and is not applicable to trade orders.

In order to benefit from
the Upgrade, the installation must:

a) be at a private residential

b) be replacing an existing charge point of any brand
c) use existing wiring and protection to current electrical standards, in good condition
d) have the same power output as existing installation
e) be installed as a replacement to the existing charge point
f) have adequate WiFi coverage at the point of
installation

For the avoidance of doubt, the Upgrade will include installation using the wiring and electrical protection of the existing charge point. Any required extra elements, including but not limited to additional wiring or electrical protection, will be chargeable.
3. Non-Monetary
The service provided cannot be exchanged for its monetary equivalent. It holds
no cash value and is non-transferable.

4. Non-Combination with Other Offers
The Upgrade cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers
provided by Andersen. Customers must choose between the Upgrade and any other eligible promotions at the time of purchase.
5. Modification or Termination
Andersen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion, or any part of it, at its sole discretion, without notice, at any time. In such an event, Andersen shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses incurred
by customers.
If a customer cancels their
charge point order, the offer will be revoked. If the selected offer is a
physical item, this must be returned to Andersen EV in a timely manner.
Andersen EV holds the right to deduct the value of the product from the refunded amount if not returned.
6. General
- These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Andersen regarding the Offer and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations.
- Failure by Andersen to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any rights or remedies.
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
- If any provision of these Terms is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By participating in the Andersen Upgrade, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Andersen reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time, and it is the
customer's responsibility to review them periodically for updates.
